Where did the vision for Camden Ridge Begin?

We (Architon Homes) have a vision to build beautiful houses that neighbors are proud to call home, in a quiet neighborhood where families can flourish. When we found the land now called Camden Ridge, we felt it was perfect. Progress has been great. We broke ground on the first home in Feb 2024, completed it in June, and have new homes in progress.

Are there any move-in ready homes in Camden Ridge?

How long does the process take from buying a lot to moving into a completed home?

The timeline can vary, based upon financing, weather, and other outside factors. That said, the design process can take as little as 1 month, and the build process itself can take 3-5 months. In general, we would advise you to anticipate 6-8 months total from start to finish, though in some cases it may be longer.

What is included in the builder's Workmanship Guarantee?

Architon stands by their workmanship, and will fix any issues not caused by ordinary wear and tear for the first year after your move-in date. Additional manufacturer guarantees and warranties apply for materials, appliances, and majors systems (HVAC) in the homes.

What are the specs on the homes?

While each home is custom designed, the homes will on average be 3 bed, 2 bath homes, between 1800-2200 sqft, on .25 acre lots, and feature a modern, functional, and spacious 1-1.5 story ranch layout.
